- End of stay --
The cottages must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Trash must be emptied at the designated collection point. Dishes must be washed, dried, and put away as they were upon arrival. The cottage may be inspected before the guest's departure.
- Insurance -- The tenant must ensure they have holiday insurance as part of their civil liability insurance.
- Pets -- Pets are not allowed at Le Scahouët. If the guest violates this clause, Le Scahouët's refusal to accept pets and their owners cannot be considered a modification or breach of contract by the owners, and therefore no refund will be given in the event of departure.
- Respect for the Premises --
Areas not shown to guests or private areas are not at the guests' disposal. Our guests are asked to respect the condition of the premises, particularly the cottages and common areas (swimming pool, pétanque court, terraces, etc.).
The cottage bedrooms are strictly non-smoking. Please pick up cigarette butts and ash. Recycling is encouraged; please separate glass bottles and cans.
Please turn off the fans when leaving for an extended period.
- Children --
Due to the layout of the property, children are the responsibility of adult guests and must remain within the designated area of the cottage. The same applies to the swimming pool.
- Etiquette --
All guests are asked to observe a certain etiquette to ensure the peace and quiet of the property and the comfort of all guests.
In particular, the playing and production of music in any form is strictly prohibited on the entire property.
The client agrees to return the cottage in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to report and be financially responsible for any damage for which they may be liable (broken dishes, abnormally worn or damaged furniture, etc.). Parties and other events that may cause a disturbance are strictly prohibited.
-- Personal Belongings-- Le Scahouët accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
If items are left in the room at the end of the stay, they can be returned to the person concerned, upon their request and at their expense, or kept until their return within one year.
Only guests staying at Le Scahouët are authorized to enter the premises and use the common areas.
