Booking and Cancellation Conditions
A confirmation will be sent to you by email upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total stay price. The remaining balance (50%) is due 4 weeks before your arrival.
A security deposit of €2000 is required on the day of arrival.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the total stay cost remains due.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the stay, the full stay cost remains due.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
