Nestled in lush greenery, we are delighted to welcome you to Le Scahouët, in our comfortable and spacious cottages.
The two gîtes are part of a longère – a typical 18th-century Breton building with exposed stone walls – completely renovated, its beauty enhanced by the quality of its materials and equipped with all modern comforts.
Our 1-hectare property is nestled in nature, in a peaceful, wooded setting (with beautiful old oak trees and apple trees) on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan (Southern Brittany), a 25-minute drive from the fine sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and 20 minutes from Vannes.
The property also features a heated swimming pool for your relaxation, a pétanque court, and ping-pong tables. There is also a secure, gated parking area.
Welcome!
Elen, Charlotte & Marc.
To preserve the tranquility of the grounds and the well-being of all guests, pets are not allowed.

The Gulf of Morbihan
“Mor bihan” means “little sea” in Breton. It’s hard to tell whether the ocean has invaded the land or the other way around. Bright light, countless islands and islets, charming coastal houses… this is the Gulf of Morbihan, a jewel of southern Brittany and one of the most beautiful bays in the world!
Stroll through the medieval streets of Vannes, cycle along the Nantes–Brest canal, hop from island to island in the Gulf of Morbihan, taste salted butter caramel, explore the standing stones of Carnac, dive into the world of sailing and water sports, discover the cotriade in Lorient and the secrets of the legendary Brocéliande forest, and be charmed by the Rhuys and Quiberon peninsulas. Enjoy the thousand delights of these discoveries!
